Soy Ginger Vegetable Sushi
Making sushi at home is easy with just a few ingredients! Roll your own Soy Ginger Vegetable Sushi for New Year's Eve using Tessemae's limited edition, small batch Soy Ginger dressing.
WHAT YOU NEED
1 tablespoon Tessemae’s Soy Ginger
2 carrots, thinly sliced, lengthwise
2 cucumbers, thinly sliced, lengthwise
2 cucumbers, thinly sliced, lengthwise
1 avocado, sliced
4-5 sheets of seaweed
2 cups sushi rice
WHAT YOU DO
- Make your sushi rice according to the package instructions and set aside. Optional to add a pinch of sugar and dash of rice wine vinegar to toss. Set aside to cool.
- Prep your vegetables by slicing carrots, cucumber and avocado.
- On a sheet on seaweed, layer out your sticky rice from bottom to top, in a thin layer. Towards the bottom of the seaweed with rice, layer on your cucumbers, carrots and avocado.
- Drizzle on Tessemae’s Soy Ginger. Slowly start rolling over and hug tightly until secure. Slice and serve with more Soy Ginger!
