What you Need
1 tablespoon Tessemae’s Lemon Garlic
2 cups Big Batch Garlicky Spaghetti Squash
coarse salt and ground pepper
4 large eggs
½ cup fresh basil
4 tablespoons Tessemae’s Avocado Ranch
What to Do
- Heat Lemon Garlic in a large non stick skillet over medium. Make 4, (1/2 cup) mounds of spaghetti squash in the skillet. Use a rubber spatula to make a hole in the center of each.
- Crack an egg into each nest and season with salt and pepper. Cover and cook egg until desired doneness, 1-2 minutes for a runny yolk. Serve with basil and Avocado Ranch.
