What you need
For the Poke:
1 1/2 pounds ahi tuna, cut into cubes
1 tablespoon coconut aminos or naturally brewed tamari sauce
2 teaspoons sesame oil
2 teaspoons Tessemae’s Buffalo Sauce
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
4 scallions, thinly sliced
4 Persian cucumbers, diced
4 radishes, diced
2 avocados, sliced
For the Sauce:
1 cup Tessemae’s Mayonnaise
¼ cup Tessemae’s Buffalo Sauce
What you do
- In a medium bowl, combine tuna, coconut aminos, sesame oil, Buffalo Sauce, sesame seeds and scallions. Cover and refrigerate until serving.
- In a small bowl, whisk together Mayo and Buffalo.
- Assemble poke platters with seasoned tuna, cucumbers, radishes, avocados and Spicy Mayo.
