Classic Bacon Ranch Wedge
Bacon. Ranch. Wedge. That's it. Ok well, maybe we should also tell you about our new creamy Ranch! It's silky smooth and delicious. Enjoy!
Serves 4
What You Need
4 large eggs
8 slices bacon
2 heads romaine lettuce
2/3 cup Tessemae’s Creamy Ranch
1 cup grape tomatoes, halved
1/2 cup sliced chives or scallions
*optional, add grilled chicken for a complete meal
What To Do:

Place eggs in a small saucepan and cover with water by 1 inch. Bring water to a boil. Cover and turn off heat. Cook 6 minutes for medium boiled, 10 minutes for hard boiled. Peel and halve the eggs

Cook bacon in a large skillet until crisp. Drain on paper towel.

Remove any tough outer layers of the romaine. Halve the romaine lengthwise.
- Place the romaine halves on plates. Drizzle with Ranch and top with eggs, bacon, tomatoes, and chives. Top with grilled chicken if desired.
