Have you tried our Grilled Honey Mustard Pork Tenderloins? This is a staff favorite recipe we posted about a year ago. It's a perfect weeknight meal! This time, we made it part of our meal planner and added grilled zucchini (it only takes a few minutes more.) You are welcome!
WHAT YOU NEED
2 pork tenderloins
2 tablespoons Tessemae’s Slow Roasted Garlic
coarse salt and ground pepper
¼ cup Tessemae’s Honey Mustard
1/4 cup Tessemae’s Zesty Ranch or Lemon Garlic
2 bunches scallions, ends trimmed
4 zucchini, cut into planks lengthwise
WHAT TO DO
- Heat your grill to medium. Rub pork with Slow Roasted Garlic and season with salt and pepper. Grill, rolling and turning every 2 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 145F, about 16 minutes total. Toward the last few minutes of cooking, brush with the Honey Mustard to glaze.
- Transfer pork to a cutting board. Cover with foil and let rest 10 minutes. While the pork rests, toss the scallions and zucchini with the Zesty Ranch and season with salt and pepper. Grill both until tender and charred, 2- 4 minutes.
- Slice the pork and serve with the zucchini, scallions and more Honey Mustard.
