What you do
Prosciutto Wrapped Pears with Honey Balsamic:
- Wrap prosciutto slices around pear wedges and serve alongside Balsamic for dipping.
Smoked Salmon, Ranch & Endive
- Stir together smoked salmon, cucumber and Creamy Caesar. Place about 1 heaping tablespoon at the bottom of each endive leaf.
BBQ Sausage, Sweet Onion & Potato Skewers
- Heat oven to 400 degrees. Place quartered potatoes and onion pieces on a rimmed baking sheet and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Roast at 400 degrees until tender, about 20 minutes, stirring halfway through cook time.
- Add sausage slices to pan, then drizzle everything with Matty’s BBQ Sauce. Toss to combine, the return baking sheet to oven until sausage mixture is warmed through, about another 10 minutes.
- Alternate threading sausage, onion & potato pieces onto skewers and brush with additional Matty’s BBQ Sauce.
Cucumber “Chips” with Egg Salad
- Stir together chopped eggs, Creamy Ranch & chives. Place about 1 heaping teaspoon on each sweet potato chip and sprinkle with more chives, if desired.
