Soy Ginger Glazed Butternut Squash
This easy side will add a little zest to your Holiday table. It's a little tangy, a little sweet, and a little spicy... just the right combo to mix things up.
Serves 8
What You Need:
2 large butternut squash, halved lengthwise, seeded and cut crosswise into 1/2-inch-thick slices
6 cloves garlic, smashed
6 sprigs thyme, torn in half
½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
½ cup Tessemae’s Soy Ginger
¼ cup fresh squeezed orange juice
2 tablespoons honey
What To Do:
- Preheat your oven to 400 and line 2 baking sheets with foil. Divide the squash, garlic and thyme between the baking sheets. Toss with the red pepper flakes, Soy Ginger, orange juice, and 1 teaspoon salt.
- Roast until the squash is tender and caramelized, tossing the halfway through, about 40 minutes.
- Serve at room temperature, drizzled with honey.
