Grilled Ranch Chicken Thighs
If you think that chicken is boring, listen here. First, step away from the boneless, skinless breasts. Second, get out the Zesty Ranch.
What you need
2 lemons
¼ cup Tessemae’s Zesty Ranch Dressing
8 boneless, skinless chicken thighs (about 1 ½ pounds)
Coarse salt and fresh ground pepper
What to do
In a dish, combine the juice of one lemon, 2 tablespoons Zesty Ranch Dressing, 1 teaspoon salt and ¼ teaspoon pepper. Add the chicken and turn to coat. Marinate at least 15 minutes and up to 1 day.
Heat your grill to medium-high. Grill chicken until cooked through, turning over once, about 3 minutes on each side.
Transfer chicken to a cutting board or plate and drizzle with 2 tablespoons Zesty Ranch Dressing. Serve with lemon wedges and more Zesty Ranch.
