This easy, no cook side is perfect alongside simply grilled meat to help you get dinner on the table fast! This recipe calls for a whole cantaloupe and will serve 8. To serve 4, just reduce all of the amounts by half.
What you need
1 cantaloupe, peeled and cut into chunks
1 English cucumber, halved sliced
4 oz feta cheese, crumbled
¼ cup fresh mint leaves
1/3 cup Tessemae’s Lemon Garlic
Coarse salt and freshly ground black pepper
What you do
- Arrange the cantaloupe, cucumber, feta and mint in a serving bowl. Drizzle with lemon garlic and season with salt and pepper.
