What you need
1/2 white onion, roughly chopped
1 tablespoon Old Bay seafood seasoning
1 pound baby potatoes, halved if large
2 pounds large shrimp, shell on
1 pound chicken sausage, cut into rounds
2 ears corn on the cob, halved
3 pouches or ½ cup Tessemae’s Lemon Garlic Dressing
Coarse salt and ground pepper
1 lemon, cut into wedges
What you do
- In a large pot (10 qt) or Dutch oven, bring 12 cups water, onion and Old Bay to a boil. Reduce heat to a simmer and add the potatoes. Cook until almost tender, about 10 minutes. Stir in the shrimp, sausage, and corn. Return to a simmer and cook until the shrimp are opaque throughout and the potatoes are tender, about 5 minutes more.
- Once all the ingredients are cooked through, drain the water, keeping shrimp mixture in the pot, and toss everything with 3 tablespoons or 1 pouch Lemon Garlic. Serve immediately over newspaper, with lemons, more Lemon Garlic, and plenty of paper towels!
