What you need
2 ears corn
1 pint grape tomatoes, halved if large
3 mini cucumbers, halved and sliced ½ inch
1 avocado, pitted and diced
1/3 cup Tessemae’s Creamy Ra
What you do
- Stand corn up in a shallow bowl and cut downward with a chef’s knife to remove the kernels.
- Toss corn with the tomatoes, cucumbers avocado, and Creamy Ranch.
