What you need
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
¼ cup basil leaves
8 cups cubed watermelon (from about ½ small seedless watermelon)
½ pint blueberries
2 cups baby arugula
¼ cup Tessemae’s Balsamic
What you do
- Stir together yogurt and 2 tablespoons chopped basil, season with salt and pepper.
- Combine watermelon, blueberries and arugula in a bowl. Drizzle with balsamic and serve with dollops of yogurt dressing, and more basil leaves.
