Makes: 9 large or 12 small biscuits
What You Need
- 1/2 cup Tessemae’s Mayonnaise
- 1 cup milk or full fat coconut milk
- 2 cups all purpose flour (or sub gluten free flour)
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
What You Do
- Heat oven to 450F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Stir together flour, baking powder and salt in a medium bowl. Make a well in the middle. Whisk together milk and Tessemae’s Mayonnaise in the well, then gently fold into the flour mixture until just combined.
- Drop dough onto prepared sheet using 2 spoons or a spring-loaded ice cream scoop. (We made 9 biscuits with about ¼ cup scoops, for more biscuits use smaller scoops.) Bake until golden brown, about 15 minutes. Let biscuits cool for 5 minutes.
