What you need
2 teaspoons chopped peeled fresh ginger
12-ounce bag of cranberries, picked over
2-4 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons Tessemae’s Balsamic
1 package Honey and Ginger
Love beets, diced
What you do
- With a vegetable peeler, peel three large stirps of zest from one of the oranges and set aside. Peel the oranges and roughly dice.
- In the bowl of a food processor add orange zest, oranges, ginger, cranberries, honey and Balsamic. Pulse just to combine.
- Transfer to a bowl, stir in chopped beets and season with salt and pepper.
- Serve, or refrigerate up to overnight.
