Roasting carrots concentrates the sweetness so they are melt in your mouth delicious! This #whole30approved may just need to be a last minute add to your Thanksgiving day menu!

What you need
1 pound carrots
4 tablespoons Tessemae’s Balsamic Vinaigrette
1 tablespoon paprika
2 tablespoon garlic powder
coarse salt and freshly ground pepper
1 tablespoon ghee butter
Tessemae’s Everything Bagel Ranch
Chopped fresh herbs
What you do
- Heat your oven to 400F. On a sheet tray lined with parchment, toss carrots with 3 tablespoons Balsamic, garlic, paprika, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Roast until just tender, about 35 minutes.
- Melt ghee and mix with remaining tablespoon Balsamic. Lather the mixture over the carrots, mix and bring oven temperature down to 300 degrees. Bake until very tender, about 20 minutes more.
- Top carrots with Everything Bagel Ranch and chopped herbs.
