Grilled Sausage & Veggie Platter
The super easy grilled platter is perfect to feed a crowd without any fuss! Follow our easy steps, arrange the food, then stand back and let friends and family dig in!

What you need
1 pound baby new potatoes, quartered¼ cup Tessemae’s Pantry Lemon Pepper
3 pounds assorted fully cooked sausages*
1 bunch Scallions, ends trimmed
1 pound sweet mini peppers
1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved if large
1 large ripe tomato, sliced
½ cup Tessemae’s Yellow Mustard
½ cup Tessemae’s Matty’s BBQ
Pickles, for serving
Sauerkraut, for serving
What you do
- Before you do anything else, cut up the potatoes and place on a double layer of aluminum foil. Drizzle with 3 tablespoons Lemon Pepper and season with salt and pepper. Place another double layer of foil on top and fold the edges to seal.
- Place the potatoes on the back of your grill, while you pre-heat the grill to medium high. Once the grill is heated to about 400F, cook the potatoes for 5 minutes. Flip the potato packet over and cook for another 10 minutes. Remove from the grill and check for doneness. If still crisp, cook anther 5 minutes then remove from grill and set aside.
- Toss the peppers and scallions with remaining tablespoon Lemon Pepper and season with salt and pepper. Grill until charred and tender, about 5 minutes, turning occasionally.
- Grill the sausages until charred and heated. Serve on a platter with the potatoes, scallions, peppers, tomatoes, Yellow Mustard, BBQ, pickles and sauerkraut. Let everyone dig in!
