Heat things up game night (or any night) with our sweet and spicy Habanero Ranch Nachos! We added diced mango and avocado for a fresh twist to top it all off. The result is an insane flavor combination!

What you need
10 ounces tortilla chips (we love Late July
and Siete Foods
1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
1 cup shredded jack cheese
1 mango, diced
1 habanero pepper, ribs and seeds removed, finely minced
1 avocado, diced
¼ cup chopped
½ cup Tessemae’s Habanero Ranch
What you do
- Zest and then juice 1 lime. Set aside the zest. Combine onion and lime juice, season with salt and set aside at least 10 minutes.
- Heat oven to 375 degrees. Spread chips on a rimmed baking sheet and sprinkle with cheese. Bake until cheese is melted, about 5 minutes.
- Toss mango, habanero, and cilantro with the marinated onions. Fold in the avocado.
- Remove chips from the oven and sprinkle with the mango salsa. Drizzle with Habanero Ranch and sprinkle with lime zest. Serve with More Habanero Ranch for Dipping and extra lime wedges.
