Our easiest festive party app is also the most delicious! This Baked Brie is packed with flavor and so ooey gooey melty. If you bake and serve it in a skillet, the cheese will also stay warm for a good amount of time.
What you need
1 small wheel of Brie or Camembert (about 9 ounces)
1/2 cup chopped salted pistachios
1/2 cup dried cranberries
2 teaspoons chopped fresh rosemary leaves
¼ cup Tessemae’s Honey Poppyseed or Tessemae's Classic Balsamic
sliced baguette, apple and pear, for serving
What you do
- Heat Preheat your oven to 350F. Put the cheese in a small heavy skillet or baking dish (cast iron works best). Stir together pistachios, cranberries, rosemary and Honey Poppyseed or Classic Balsamic. Soon over the cheese.
- Bake until softened, 15 to 20 minutes. Transfer to a serving board and wrap the skillet in a linen or towel to prevent burns.
- Serve hot, with baguette and fruit.
