These sweet and tangy skewers cook up in minutes and take very little prep thanks to our amazing Honey Poppyseed dressing. Perfect as a fun main along side your BBQ chicken, or serve 'em up as an app.
Makes 8 servings
What you need
2 pounds large shrimp
3 tablespoons Tessemae’s Honey Poppyseed
1 pineapple, cut into chunks
1 pint cherry or grape tomatoes
1 small bunch cilantro
What you do
- Toss the shrimp with the Honey Poppy seed. Let marinate at least 5 minutes and up to 30 minutes.
- Heat grill to high. Remove the shrimp from the marinade and thread onto skewers with the pineapple and tomato. Season all over with Salt and pepper
- Grill skewers until shrimp are just cooked through, 1 to 2 minutes per side. Serve warm, sprinkled with cilantro and more Honey Poppyseed for Dipping!
Tip- Be sure to soak wooden skewers in water to prevent burning!
