The homemade croutons add the perfect savory crunch to compliment the four types of cruciferous greens that make up this salad. We recommend using one to two day old bread, and also suggest enjoying this salad served with warm chicken or steak.

What you need:
6 slices sourdough bread, cubed
¼ cup Tessemae’s Lemon Garlic dressing
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning blend
Sea salt & cracked pepper to taste
1 head of romaine lettuce (about 2 cups)
2 cups kale, stems removed and chopped
¼ head of green cabbage, chopped (about 2 cups)
½ head radicchio, chopped (about 2 cups)
Mini cucumbers 4, sliced lengthwise and chopped thin
1 bottle Tessemae’s Creamy Caesar Dressing
