Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add rice cauliflower and cook until tender, about 10 minutes; drain. Place cauliflower in a blender with Slow Roasted Garlic and Creamy Ranch. Blend until smooth. Season with salt and pepper and blend again.
Heat Lemon Garlic a heavy skillet over medium high. Pat the steaks dry with paper towel and season both sides with salt and pepper. Sear steaks 3-4 minutes on each side for medium rare. Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
Toss peas shoots and watermelon radish with Lemon Garlic. Serve steaks with the cauliflower, topped with ghee, and the salad.
