Quick, grill up up this super-easy dinner before it's too cold to use the grill! AND it's made with our new Creamy Caesar, which is Blow. Your. Mind. Good. (And available in stores at the end of the month) You've never had a salad like this before, and we promise, it'll change your whole Caesar game.
What you need
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts,
coarse salt and freshly ground black pepper
2 romaine hearts, halved lengthwise
¼ cup Tessemae’s Creamy Caesar
¼ cup shredded Parmesan (optional)
What you do
- Heat your grill or grill pan to medium-high. Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper and grill until cooked through, about 5-6 minutes per side. Set aside.
- Place romaine hearts on grill, cut-side down, and grill until grill marks appear, about 2-3 minutes.
- Cut chicken on the diagonal into 1-inch strips and divide among plates with 1 romaine heart half each. Drizzle chicken and lettuce with ranch and sprinkle with Parmesan is using. Serve immediately.
