WHAT YOU NEED
3 sweet potatoes, thinly sliced crosswise
¼ cup Tessemae’s Lemon Garlic
4 packages (12 oz) assorted Seemore Sausages
4 persian cucumbers, sliced
Assorted Pickles and Olives, for serving
Chow Chow, for serving Tessemae’s Yellow Mustard Tessemae’s Dijon Mustard Tessemae’s Honey Mustard
WHAT YOU DO
- Heat oven to 400F. Toss potato slices and Lemon Garlic on 2 large rimmed baking sheets and season with salt and pepper. Bake until tender and browned.
- Meanwhile, sear the sausages in a heavy skillet or in a grill pan until browned and heated through, about 5 minutes, turning occasionally.
- Arrange potatoes, sausages, cucumbers, olives, pickles, and saurkraut on a platter with the Tessemae’s Mustards.
